Obituary of Kathy Stasiuk
August 20th, 1959 - January 10th, 2024
Kathy passed away peacefully after a short, courageous battle with cancer. She was such a shining light in all of our lives, forever cherished, forever missed.
Kathy graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1981, which marked the beginning of a professional career dedicated to helping others. Kathy greatly enjoyed the outdoors and spent many, many seasons out at Candle Lake, SK, both before and after her children. She enjoyed skiing, music and reading and took the greatest pride and joy developing her backyard Oasis and floating in her hot tub.
A Private Family Memorial Service was held at Beau “Lac” Funeral Home and Crematorium. The family also extends special thanks to all the staff of the Rose Garden Hospice, Victoria Hospital, Saskatoon Cancer Clinic and Prince Albert Home Care for the “Above and Beyond” care that was provided to Kathy, we are forever grateful.
Kathy was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Winnifred Ebinger; her sister, Patty; niece, Rae. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Russell; her son, Jesse (Kyla Tienkamp); and her daughter, Alexis (Bryce); she also leaves behind her brother, Jim; her niece, Alicia (Scott); and grand nephew, Damon. Kathy also will be forever missed by niece, Jessica, and family; cousins; numerous close friends; and six fluffy fur babies.
