In 1969 Marcel married Loraine Lajeunesse and for 40 years they loved and were proud of their farms in Pascal and at Morin Lake. Marcel made himself known to all his relatives and his nieces and nephews, with each visit, in a very special manner, by loving to tease and the sound of his genuine laughter. Marcel loved tradition he practiced his faith in the Victoire Church, and even sat in the same pew for over 50 years. A recent highlight of his was to be at Mass on Saturday night with his five sisters seated near. Many of Marcel's childhood friends and neighbours are still his best friends, he was generous and helpful, a handy guy to have around. He was a devoted 50 year Member of the Bronco Grazing Coop Pasture. Marcel's passion for the outdoors included hunting, trapping, down hill and waterskiing, sno-mobiling, quadding, and most of all horseback riding, he loved it even more when family and friends would accompany him. He loved his herd of cattle and was happiest when he was hard at work on his beloved farm. Marcel passed away on April 27, 2010 on his farm, doing what he loved to do.
