Ann Adams

Obituary of Ann Irene Adams

Although she was taken from us many years ago by Alzheimer’s, our dear mother, Ann Adams (nee Jensen) passed away peacefully on March 15, 2024.

Ann was born in Melfort, SK, on June 13, 1933.  She grew up in Fairy Glen with her two brothers, Jerry and Billy.  She spent the remainder of her life in Prince Albert where she married Michael (Mike) Adams and raised their three daughters while enjoying a long career in nursing. Ann was a lively, spirited, hard-working woman with a quick sense of humor.  She loved to garden, was an avid reader and embraced her competitive nature when golfing, curling and playing Bridge.

Ann loved to travel and experienced many wonderful trips in numerous countries. She was also fond of long drives and made many solo trips to Alberta and Ontario to visit her kids and grandkids.

She was predeceased by her brother Jerry, her mother Gudrun (Roger) Dunand her husband Mike, and her precious granddaughter, Robyn Boytinck. Ann is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her three daughters, Karen (Greg) Parent, Cheryl (Steve) Suchorab, Marina (Ralph) Boytinck; her five grandchildren, Adam (Amanda) and Ryan (Nichole) Parent, Alex Suchorab, Hayden and Devan Boytinck and her two great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Wyatt Parent, her brother, Bill (Sylvia) Jensen, and sister-in-law, Gloria (Jerry) Jensen.
