Herman Earl Burns, late of Kelowna, BC, passed away in Regina, SK, on May 15, 2024, at the age of 67 years.  Wake Services will commence at 6:30 p.m., on Saturday, May 18, 2024.  Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
