Obituary of Loretta Sasakamoose

Loretta Sasakamoose ( nee: Isbister ) late of Saskatoon, SK, formerly of Ahtahkakoop First Nation, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Hospice at Glengarda at the age of 88 years in Saskatoon, SK. 
 

There will be a Wake Service held for Loretta that will commence on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. from the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall. The Funeral Service for Loretta will be held on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ahtahkakoop First Nation Band Hall. Loretta will be laid to rest in the St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery on Ahtahkakoop First Nation. 
Loretta is lovingly survived by her children, Lester, Beverly, Kevin, Kerry, Neil, and Ryan; her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; her siblings, Pansy, Leona, Lillian, Arnold, and Sandy; as well as many nieces, nephews, and Godchildren. 

Loretta is predeceased by her husband, Frederick Sasakamoose; her children, Phyllis, Chuck, Derrick, Garth, and Tara; her parents, Myles and Eva Isbister (nee: Ahenakew); her parents-in-law, Roderick, and Sugil Sasakamoose; and numerous grandchildren and other relatives.
