Obituary of Gerald Oswald Munson

MUNSON- Mr. Gerald Munson, age 75, late of Holbein, surrounded by love from his family, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 after a brave and courageous fight with cancer. Gerald will be missed by his wife Fern; his children, Candice (Dan), Donna (Grant), Troy (Beth), and Jody; his grandchildren, Shawn, Riley, Ruby and Cooper; his brothers, Les (Louise), Ed (Susan), Dave (Elaine); his sisters, Ev (Victor), Joyce (Bob). He also became Dad to Deidre, Alfie, Cordelia, Olivia, Adrian, Vincent, Patrick, Vikki, Trevor, Leo, Cheryl and Clarissa. He will also be missed by his loyal and loving dog, Mitzu. He was predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Elsie; a son-in-law Dean Nemetz; brothers-in-law Tom Goodwin, Gordon Thomas, Dennis Thomas, Ken Thompson. A Celebration of Life Tea will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Prince Albert on Tuesday, November 16 at 2:00 pm. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
