Obituary of Veronica Alexis Jean Harris

It is with sadness we announce the tragic passing of Veronica Harris of Pelican Lake First Nation. The wake service began August 27, 2011 and the funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Monday August 29, 2011 from the Pelican Lake Band Hall. Nicknamed "Bingo", Veronica leaves to cherish her memories: Her children: Shanika Belly, Nicholi St. Germaine, Phoenix St. Germaine, all of Pelican Lake, FN; Her father, Roland (Joyce) Thomas of Pelican Lake, FN, Her mother, Madeline Harris of Pelican Lake, FN Her sisters: Miranda Mitsuing, Loon Lake, FN, Bethann Harris, Pelican Lake, FN, Tara Whitefish, Pelican Lake, FN, Her brothers: Ronald Whitefish (Barbara) of Little Red, FN, Alex Harris of Pelican Lake, FN, Ross Harris of Pelican Lake, FN, Rocky Harris of Pelican Lake, FN, Maternal Grandmother: Pansy Harris of Pelican Lake, FN, Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends She was predeceased by: Her paternal grandparents: Mike and Gladys Thomas Her maternal grandfather: Alex Moccasin Her uncles: Richard, Henry, Lawrence Her brothers: Derrick Thomas and Trevor Whitefish Interment will take place in the Pelican Lake Cemetery.
