Obituary of Terrence "Terry" Kwasnica

KWASNICA – Mr. Terrence 1953-2013 On May 12, 2013 Terrence Matthew Kwasnica late of Shellbrook, passed away at the age of 59 years. Terry was lovingly survived by his sons, Jonathon Kwasnica of Shellbrook, SK; and Kristin Tiera of Kingston, Ont; his mother Irene Shutter of Shellbrook, SK; his sister Susan Kwasnica of Kitimat, B.C.; his aunt Leota (Hugo) Sommerfeld of Kitimat, B.C; his uncle Roman Kwasnica and family of Winnipeg, MB; his uncle Clarence Rudolph and family of Shellbrook, SK; his uncle Dennis Rudolph in Kitimat, B.C; his aunty Gladys Rudolph of Shellbrook, SK; his Godchild Dean Kwasnica of Winnipeg, MB; his special friends David & Marie Sullivan of Barry’s Bay, Ont; and Wayne & Sue Schigol of Smeaton, SK; the mother of his children Annette Peplinskie of Barrie, Ont; his nephews Troy Knapp and sons Rowan and Bradly of Cardel, AB; Beau Knapp of Winnipeg, MB; as well as numerous cousins and friends. Terry was predeceased by his father Constable Matt Kwasnica on August 5, 1956; his Grandmother and Grandfather Rudolph and Kwasnica; his half-brother Christopher Shutter at birth; and his Uncle Jack and Uncle Lenard. Terry will be remembered by his family and friends for always being there to talk to, confide in, to trust and to just plain hang around with. Terry enjoyed the outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing, trail bike riding, snowmobiling, trapping, or farming, he loved being in the great outdoors. A Celebration of Life was held for Terry on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Shellbrook with Pastor Doug Schmirler as Officiant. Linda Bator was the pianist accompanied by “The Pals” who performed a special song. Urn bearer was Wayne Schigol. Interment will be at a later date.
