Obituary of Evelyn Faith Sanderson

Evelyn Faith Sanderson 1964-2013 Evelyn passed away at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK. on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at the age of 49 years. She was born on March 16, 1964 in Big River First Nation. Evelyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Wilfred McAdam; her children, Cindy Sanderson (Gerald Moosomin), Ashley Sanderson (Romeo “Sam” Quin), Donald John McAdam, Jesse McAdam, Brandi Sanderson, Angel McAdam (Randall Smallboy), Amy McAdam, Jasmine McAdam; her grandchildren, Dakoda Moosomin, Braiden Moosomin, Raylene Sanderson, Rayanne Sanderson and River McAdam; her mother, Annie Sanderson and her aunties and uncles; her sisters and brothers, Karen (Russell) Bird, Audrey (Albert) Charles, Juliet Sanderson, Francis Sanderson (Steven Blackman), Norma Sanderson, Allen (Ruby) Ross, Terrance Witchihin, Victor Baptiste as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Evelyn is predeceased by her father, Roy Sanderson, her grandmother, Amy Rabbitskin, her sisters, Sharon and Sonya Sanderson, her brother, Leroy Sanderson, her uncle Davis Rabbitskin, her friend, Dora Morin, her nephew, Jackie Pataygen and niece, Veronica Charles, and her mother-in-law, Racheal McAdam. The Wake Services commenced on Thursday, July 10, 2013 in the Big River First Nation Band Hall at 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service was held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 in the Big River First Nation Band Hall at 12:00 p.m. with The Elders officiating. The Interment was in White Fish Anglican Cemetery on Big River First Nation.
