I am so saddened by this news. Fred was by far the most gentle caring man I had the honor of knowing. He always had so many interesting stories to share when we would be out back on our breaks or when I would pop into his office for a quick question and I always sat down because I knew for sure we would get off topic. My heart breaks for you Gail, he was once in a lifetime!! I will forever remember him when I drive around Summerland after chasing him through town last summer trying to get him to finally stop!!
