The hardest part of loving someone is saying goodbye. No matter how long it was between times when we saw Bill and Liz, it seemed like we’d only been away for a few weeks instead of many, many years. I think back to Candle Lake and the first time our families met over 50 years ago and can’t help but smile. So many memories and happy times. It’s been such an honour to have know Bill for so long.
