Richard and I go back to when we worked at Stedlbauer Chev Olds in Edmonton. It was 1969.We got into trouble many times. We have been friends ever since. We had many good adventures together. It was Richard that convinced me to go into Real Estate. In Real Estate we excelled in land sales. Richard showing me the ropes on how to sell Real Estate. We have had many adventures together.
