Very saddened to learn of Karl's passing.
To me he was always Mr. Sterzer. I knew him when I attended David Thompson Junior High, from 1972-1975.
He was one of those amazing teachers that leave a lasting impression.
Kind and sincere, with the ability to really connect with kids in their early teens.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Karl's death. Although we did not see much of each other through the years, he will forever remain in my thoughts and heart as a gentle, lovely soul. He will be missed but will live on in our hearts.
